Note: The National Traffic Incident Management Coalition (NTIMC) is working to establish a National Unified Goal (NUG) for traffic incident management. This goal centers on responder safety; safe, quick clearance and prompt, reliable interoperable communications. This workshop will focus on what the NUG is, why it is needed, how it will be achieved, and future directions. In addition, the workshop will present lessons learned in scene management as it relates to traffic incidents.
